Refine your balayage technique with a professional live look-and-learn masterclass created specifically for qualified hairdressers.
This masterclass is designed for existing hair professionals who already hold a Level 2 Hairdressing qualification and want to refresh their knowledge, develop their placement technique and gain a deeper understanding of creating polished balayage results.
Throughout the day, Dipti will demonstrate the full balayage process on a live model, allowing you to observe each stage closely and understand the decisions behind the finished result.
You’ll explore consultation, contraindications, health & safety, skin testing and balayage placement, alongside colour theory and how to select the right tones for your client.
The masterclass also covers toning and blending, helping you understand how to create seamless transitions and achieve a balanced, professional finish.
You’ll then see how the finished hair is styled and presented, with additional guidance around photographing your work, social media and the business side of offering balayage services.
This is a demonstration-based masterclass rather than hands-on training, giving experienced hairdressers the opportunity to observe professional technique, ask questions and take new knowledge back into their own salon work.
Your masterclass takes place inside Rose & Caramel HQ in Bolton in a focused small-group environment.

Hair Educator
Dipti has been part of Rose & Caramel for over 15 years, building extensive experience across professional hairdressing, colour, styling and salon services. Alongside her salon career, she is a qualified Tutor Assessor and Trainee IQA with seven years of teaching experience in a college environment. Dipti has also completed Foundation Level Trichology, giving her a deeper understanding of hair and scalp health. Her teaching focuses on strong technical foundations, confidence and helping students understand the why behind each technique so they can adapt their skills to real clients.
