Our journey began over 20 years ago in a sunbed shop, giving us a unique understanding of the tanning industry and the importance of responsible tanning practices. While trends have changed, our commitment to education, innovation and customer care has remained the same.

At Rose & Caramel HQ, we advocate for safe, moderate tanning. Every client is different, which is why we encourage a personalised approach based on skin type, tanning goals and experience. To support healthy skin, all sunbed sessions include complimentary tanning and hydration creams. Well-hydrated skin tans more effectively and helps minimise dryness, ensuring your skin looks and feels its best.

We follow recognised industry guidance, which advises allowing adequate rest between sessions and recommends not exceeding 60 UV tanning sessions per year. Our team is always available to guide you on suitable session lengths and frequency based on your individual skin type.

More even, all-over tanning

Our beds have 42 powerful 180 W body lamps, with lamps positioned above and below the customer. This helps distribute UV across the whole body and reduces the need to turn over during the session.

Enhanced facial tanning

Our bed includes four 400 W high-pressure facial tanners, giving extra intensity around the face, neck and upper chest areas where customers often want a more noticeable result.

Faster-looking results

Because they combine strong full-body lamps with separate facial lamps, customers may see a more noticeable and consistent colour than they would from a lower-powered entry-level bed. Results still vary by skin type, existing colour and the session time set by the salon.

Better tanning around the sides of the body

The curved canopy and arrangement of the lamps help light reach around the sides of the arms, legs and torso more effectively than a basic flat sunbed. This can help reduce uneven or patchy-looking areas.
