Dipti has grown with Rose & Caramel from a very young age and has now been a valued part of the team for over 15 years, building an exceptional depth of knowledge across professional hairdressing and salon services.

Her expertise spans everything from colour theory, formulation and correction to different hair types, textures, styling and the practical challenges that come with working on real clients. Dipti understands that great hairdressing is not simply about following a technique — it is about understanding the hair in front of you, knowing how it will respond and having the confidence to adapt your approach.

Alongside her extensive salon experience, Dipti is a fully qualified Tutor Assessor and Trainee IQA, with seven years of teaching experience within a college environment.

Dipti has also completed Foundation Level Trichology, giving her a deeper understanding of hair and scalp health. From the science behind the hair to the finished result, she encourages students to understand the why behind what they are doing.

Her teaching is centred around strong technical foundations, confidence and real-world problem-solving skills.

Olivia has worked alongside Rose & Caramel for years and is the creator of Gelossy alongside Rose & Caramel founder Rosie Greenhalgh.

Through building Gelossy, Olivia has developed an in-depth understanding of professional nail products, application, preparation, product performance and salon standards.

Her experience developing modern professional products, including HEMA-free and TPO-free formulations, gives Olivia strong product knowledge alongside practical treatment expertise.

She teaches students from both a technician and product perspective, helping learners understand how products behave, why each stage matters and how to troubleshoot when results are not quite right.

Her training centres around strong foundations, correct technique, confidence and professional standards.

Lindsey is an experienced beauty educator with a strong background in professional lash education, course development and hands-on training.

She spent 10 years as a Lash Educator with Tatti Lashes, developing an exceptional understanding of professional lash treatments, products, technique and the standards required to deliver consistently high-quality results.

Her role extended beyond teaching. Lindsey was also involved in product testing and contributed to the development and planning of professional training courses.

Alongside her lash expertise, Lindsey has trained hundreds of students in the Million Dollar Facial System, further strengthening her experience across advanced beauty education and practical, treatment-led learning.

Her teaching style is approachable, encouraging and highly practical. She creates an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practising their technique and developing the confidence to work independently.

As Rose & Caramel's Lash Educator, Lindsey brings together years of professional education experience, industry product knowledge and a genuine passion for helping students grow.

Charlie brings over eight years of professional industry experience to Rose & Caramel Education, alongside experience delivering training through her own academy.

As Rose & Caramel's Pro Account Manager, she works closely with professional tanning businesses and understands what it takes to deliver consistent results and build client confidence.

Her knowledge covers the full client journey, from consultation, skin preparation and colour theory to shade selection, undertones, application, development and aftercare.

Charlie also teaches students how to troubleshoot common tanning concerns and understand why a result may not have developed as expected.

Her aim is not simply to teach students how to spray tan, but to give them the knowledge and confidence to turn their skill into a professional service.

Vicky brings professional industry experience and practical knowledge to Rose & Caramel Education.

With a strong focus on practical cutting techniques, including shorter hair styles and precision work, Vicky helps students understand how to approach different shapes, lengths and client requirements with confidence.

Her teaching is centred around making techniques feel clear and achievable, breaking each process down so students understand both the steps involved and how to adapt them for real clients.

Her approach is supportive, practical and confidence-led, helping learners strengthen their technique and feel more comfortable working independently behind the chair.

Carmel has been passionate about the beauty industry since leaving school and has built over 20 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of treatments and services.

Throughout her career, she has continued to develop her skills through ongoing training and education.

Having grown alongside Rose & Caramel on the beauty side of the business, Carmel understands both how treatments should be performed and the realities of working with clients day to day.

Her education is centred around building confidence, developing strong practical skills and teaching students how to troubleshoot when things do not go exactly to plan.

Carmel helps students leave with practical knowledge, stronger professional standards and the confidence to take what they have learned directly into a salon or their own beauty business.
