How do I book my treatments after purchasing?

Once you've purchased your Rebuild online, contact the Rose & Caramel HQ team by phone or message and quote your order number. Let us know which of your selected treatments you'd like to book and we'll arrange your appointment.

Do I need to book all my treatments together?

No. Your chosen treatments can be booked across separate appointments, so you can use your Rebuild in the way that works best for you.

Can I buy a Rebuild as a gift?

Yes. You can purchase a Rebuild for yourself or buy one for someone else. Each Rebuild is valid for one person only.

Can the treatments be shared?

No. Once purchased for or allocated to one person, the treatments included within that Rebuild cannot be divided between multiple people.

When can I purchase a Rebuild?

The Mini, Full and Total Rebuilds are available to purchase from 1–30 September 2026 only.

When do I need to use my treatments by?

All treatments included within your Rebuild must be booked and redeemed by 30 November 2026. Any unused treatments after this date will expire.

Are appointments guaranteed?

All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend contacting HQ and booking your preferred dates as early as possible.

Will I need a patch test?

Where a treatment requires a patch test or suitability check, Rose & Caramel HQ's usual treatment requirements will still apply.

Can I use another offer or discount with my Rebuild?

No. The September Rebuild cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

What happens if I don't use everything before the expiry date?

Any unused treatments remaining after 30 November 2026 will expire and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or extended.
