What began in a small Bolton salon has grown into a global beauty brand, a 15,000 sq ft headquarters and a professional education destination built to help the next generation develop their skills, confidence and careers.

In 2006, at just 22 years old, founder Rosie Greenhalgh opened her first business in the lower half of a terraced house on Halliwell Road in Bolton. The original salon was small, but it became the starting point for everything that followed.
As spray tanning began to grow, Rosie saw an opportunity to create something better. Years of hands-on treatment experience, handmade solutions, product development and learning directly from clients helped shape the foundations of Rose & Caramel.
What followed was years of innovation, determination and constant evolution — taking Rose & Caramel from a local beauty business to an internationally recognised brand while keeping its roots firmly in Bolton.
