Once you've purchased your Rebuild online, contact Rose & Caramel HQ by phone or message and quote your order number.
Let our team know which of your selected treatments you'd like to book first and we'll arrange your appointment. Your treatments do not need to be booked on the same day.
All treatments must be booked and redeemed by 30 November 2026.

Once allocated, the voucher is valid for one person only and treatments cannot be split between multiple people.

Can I buy a Rebuild as a gift?
Yes. You can purchase a Rebuild for yourself or gift it to someone else.
Can the treatments be shared?
No. Each Rebuild voucher is valid for one person only and the treatments cannot be divided between multiple people.
When do I choose my treatments?
Choose your treatments on this page before adding your Rebuild to cart. You must select the exact number of treatments included within your chosen Rebuild.
Do I have to use all my treatments on the same day?
No. Your chosen treatments can be booked across separate appointments, subject to availability.

The September Rebuilds are available to purchase from 1–30 September 2026. All treatments included within your Rebuild must be booked and redeemed by 30 November 2026.
Are appointments guaranteed?
All treatments are subject to appointment availability, so we recommend booking your chosen treatments as early as possible.
Will I need a patch test?
Where a treatment requires a patch test, Rose & Caramel HQ's usual patch-testing requirements still apply.
Can I use another offer or discount?
The September Rebuild cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
When can I purchase a Rebuild?
The Mini, Full and Total Rebuilds are available to purchase from 1–30 September 2026 only. Once September ends, the Rebuilds will no longer be available to purchase.
What happens if I don't use all my treatments in time?
What happens if I don't use all my treatments in time?
Any unused treatments remaining after 30 November 2026 will expire and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or extended.
